The room included a queen bed. The bathroom featured a shower and toilet behind frosted glass (I found this setup perfectly adequate). The staff was helpful and provided services with ease. The location proved excellent for accessing many attractions.

the location was acceptable, putting me close to many attractions.
The room size was ridiculous. I felt claustrophobic. the air conditioning was also a mess. It kept turning on and off at random times. this made it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. i had trouble getting any help from the staff, so that didn't help either.

check-in was very fast. it took only about five minutes at the front desk. this meant i avoided multiple stops on other floors.
the room was small, typical of a big city hotel, so there wasn't much space for luggage.

the location offered very easy access to times square, only minutes away on foot. it was straightforward to travel both uptown and downtown using public transport. the surrounding area felt safe and well kept.

great locationuseful steamerfaulty air conditioning
the location is very nice. i felt totally safe exploring late into the night. the hand steamer in the room was really useful! i appreciated that good coffee was available at the lobby bar, and i definitely took advantage of that.
the air conditioning unit in my room was not working correctly! it kept turning itself on at random hours, and it was a real struggle to get it resolved, frustrating
