The room included a queen bed. The bathroom featured a shower and toilet behind frosted glass (I found this setup perfectly adequate). The staff was helpful and provided services with ease. The location proved excellent for accessing many attractions.

small room expensive valet parking
the tv in the room was good.
the room was very small. placing a large suitcase on the floor blocked the entire space. nearby parking was only available with valet service, expensive.

underwhelming stay, some issues present
small room faulty air conditioning
the location was acceptable, putting me close to many attractions.
The room size was ridiculous. I felt claustrophobic. the air conditioning was also a mess. It kept turning on and off at random times. this made it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. i had trouble getting any help from the staff, so that didn't help either.

efficient times square stay
fast check-in dedicated elevator helpful staff
check-in was very fast. it took only about five minutes at the front desk. the staff gave me my room number and directed me to a dedicated elevator. this meant i avoided multiple stops on other floors.
the room was small, typical of a big city hotel, so there wasn't much space for luggage.

the location offered very easy access to times square, only minutes away on foot. it was straightforward to travel both uptown and downtown using public transport. the surrounding area felt safe and well-kept.

the STAFF was genuinely helpful! I appreciated the clean room, as it ensured a comfortable stay. The location proved convenient, facilitating easy access to many attractions, so that was really cool.
i found the room quite compact, a bit challenging with luggage. it felt slightly cramped, especially when trying to organize belongings after coming home.

amazing trip!
great location useful steamer
the location is very nice. i felt totally safe exploring late into the night. the hand steamer in the room was really useful! i appreciated that good coffee was available at the lobby bar, and i definitely took advantage of that.
the air conditioning unit in my room was not working correctly! it kept turning itself on at random hours, and it was a real struggle to get it resolved, frustrating

this hotel is close to major attractions, including times square and broadway! there were countless restaurants and affordable places nearby. public transportation was easily accessible, we loved that.
